Shipping Policy
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times can be longer during the busy holiday season, so we recommend ordering early for Christmas.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can also follow your order on our Track Order page. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
Late or lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
International orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. Once an order has shipped, we can't change its address.
