Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Please contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be processed.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
Return shipping
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, there's no cost to you. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked as final sale can't be returned.
